We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all products are gently used or unopened to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
